Privacy Policy

This covers the Vertex Studios websites: vertexstudios.app, protect.vertexstudios.app and support.vertexstudios.app. The bots have their own policies: Vertex Protect and Vertex Support.

Signing in

The Vertex Protect and Vertex Support dashboards use Discord sign-in. We get your Discord user ID, username, avatar, the servers you're in and your roles in them, and use them only to show the servers and settings you're allowed to manage. vertexstudios.app itself has no accounts.

Cookies

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to eight hours, a short one during sign-in to stop forged logins, and on Vertex Support one that remembers which server you picked. They're removed when you sign out or they expire. Your browser also remembers that you closed the cookie notice. There are no analytics, adverts or trackers.

Hosting

The sites run on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security.
