These terms cover the Vertex Studios websites: vertexstudios.app, protect.vertexstudios.app and support.vertexstudios.app. Using the bots is covered by their own terms: Vertex Protect and Vertex Support.

Dashboards

The dashboards are for Vertex staff and the staff and owners of servers the bots are in. Only change settings for servers you're allowed to manage, and don't share ticket details you see there outside your staff team.

Don't

• try to get into servers, settings or tickets that aren't yours
• overload, scrape or break the sites
• share your session with anyone else
• use the Vertex Studios name or logo in a way that suggests you speak for us

We can remove access if you do.

No warranty

The sites are provided as they are. They may change or go offline at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
